These terms sound new as far as the OLQ's are considered but they really are the need of time. For the present generation these words are the synonym for success. One need to have it in their personality so that they gain the momentum for success. We also need to show it at the apt time, so that we can prove the mettle. These two qualities if imbibed properly leads to improvement in quality of life and one can properly innovate through creativity.

Both of these qualities are interlinked, and should be used appropriately. India is rising in terms of innovation and so is the requirement of this quality in aspirants. The corporate houses deeply search for this quality in aspirants. And the defense is also not back. Whether you are standing in the GTO ground and thinking of arranging the plank and balli or you are competing in the command task along with your team you need innovation for having new ideas and creatively connect it to complete the assigned task.
On the other hand if you are sitting in front of a interviewer and he is looking for various officer like qualities in you, then also with these two essential qualities you can sail the boat. And if you have it in you , psychology will be rocked as these qualities will help you form new WAT's and different stories. You should properly introspect first to see what all qualities you have and what more are needed to develop the weak zones. Please note that all are interlinked and hence proper assessment of personality is must for SSB and self introspection is the best technique for it. How to develop them if you still lack:
1) Work in right direction: Keep your senses open to realize what happens when and how. If you learn to answer these questions your mind will be habitual for it and would reflect the same in SSB. Keep up your general awareness quotient.
2) Keep interest in science: You need to update with technical knowledge. Though defense provides many chances to aspirants who are going through technical entry., they should specially give importance to this point. You should know how would you use your technical knowledge for upgrading the forces and how would you develop new things for the forces that can benefit the country. Initially were those days when the defense officers did well in sports, etc only but now they should move ahead in technical domain as well. Defense has tie up with many institutes to provide knowledge upgrade to officers.
3) Link through the requirements: If you understand the need of time and the problems that can be solved these two qualities can help you bridge the gap. Be it the GTO field or your interview if you have the tendency to understand problem and solution you will be the best for recommendation.

4) Understand the world: Keep updated with the latest developments and happening of the world to know whats progressing and need can be generated in our country. We are still young and developing but should not be left behind in this race.
