Albert living in a same village Grandson, 30 km away from main city London, was the youngest son in the family of five members including him, his two elder sisters, his mother and father. Albert as very shy till class 8th and stayed with his family. His father worked at sugar factory 5 km from village and mother was primary teacher in village school. Albert was shy and witness every day the domestic violence in his home. After witnessing Heart wrenching experience, he had undergone incidents of violence which devoured his childhood. He saw how his inebriated father beat him and his family and was helpless in doing anything- may be the moral education provided by his mother had helped all to endure this bitter gourd medicine.  His father’s drinking has taken a heavy toll on his life.

Then a phase came, where his mother decided to send him to town Cambridge to his grandparent for good studies. He got admission in good reputed school leaving his two elder sisters there with mother as their sufferings kept on intensified. Now Albert faced the great challenge to adjust with the people. He to certain extent accept and never complaint. He looked after his grandparents and his studies.

But as we know every action has an equal and opposite reaction. In school he was feeling lonely and never allows anyone to enter his room or created a shell around himself. He participated in all extracurricular activities and lived the life without the shadow of father. Due to which he suffered from lopsided growth. His actions oriented more towards feminism which again turns everyone against him and he did not bother. The callous attitude and suspicious eye of others always haunt him. But since he was already preoccupied with the domestic violence, he did not pay attention and continued with studies.

Now during college, the ugliest face of his reality came in front of him which he discovered his disorder sexual orientation, which still did not move him and he continuously fell prey to the public humiliations and boycott. He stared hating himself but the aim was still to get the family out of that ruckus or mud.

He even sat in placement and exceptionally scored well but life was not very fair to him, he encountered another blow where he diagnosed with osteomylites on the left arm, forcing him to quit the job and to treat this chronicle disease. This disease has snatched everything from him he gave up the management training programme.

Things became worsened, he was forced to go to grandson village to bear the severity again his father, nothing has changed much, only his eldest sister got married, middle sister got govt. job.
Albert did not leave the hope and picked up a private job of clerk in bank and earned, after 2 years of treatment , he got free from his disease but still struggling his life and even now ready to face any danger..

The best part happened:
·         He applied his own willpower to mend his sexual orientation
·         He take pleasure from nature (dogs, birds,  tress are his best friends -even member of PETA)
·         He loved nature so that he cannot imagine to start a day without looking the tall trees
·         He still loved his father
·         He still laughs
·         Off course he was trying hard but with a big smile
·         He never opposed the situation
·         He was able to response the circumstances
·         He is still equally enthusiastic and cheerful
·         Still has a dream to live with dignity……….
May be this is not the end for Albert, He is even more powerful and calm…..Albert has taught us one thing:
What screws us up most in life is the picture in our head of how it’s supposed to be ………………………………………

Live life as it comes to you  because everyone is not lucky enough to get what you see around but the blame game cannot help in survival but it’s the inner will to fight the odds.
