The conference is also an important part of SSB procedure as all the officers meet at this place to give the final verdict. This part of SSB is important for those who are border line cases as this day can change their life if they are cleared by all the officers. All officers might ask few questions before changing the decision , so that the confirmation for OLQ's can be made even at this last stage of testing. For the remaining two categories conference is very simple and with bare minimum questions. So dont dare to take it lightly as you never know in which category you fall...

Also you will be amused to see all the officers in full uniform, medals etc. Its amazing scene so no need to get afraid. Here the president of the board, interviewing officers, SGTO, GTO, Psychologists etc. are sitting together to decide for the potential candidates for the defense forces. The questions asked might be like this :
