In India several Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) can be set up under different laws. NGOs can be of different forms as they are created as per their work and objectives towards the society. NGOs are basically institutions owned by any private individuals or a group of people unlike govern organizations. Its main objective is to serve people for different issues. The individuals holding the authority are volunteers and can quit the institution by their own will. Syllabus for OIR preparation for Day 1 at SSB

We all know that Screening round or the Day 1 at screening is the gateway for success for the aspirants and it only provides the path for converting their dream into reality. I keep on receiving multiple queries from the aspirants regarding this. Day 1 has three important things which determines selection. Here OIR, individual narration and the story are really important which solely depends on individual performance. This mantra holds true when the performance is really appreciable and hence it  ensures selection.
