The first thing among this is to prioritize. Whenever you have a been given work , you first prioritize what needs to be done earlier keeping in mind the importance of each work and the deadlines assigned for it .Deadlines can be assigned by you or anyone else to you for work. Once decided the priorities, arrange all the resources required for it. A work should always be prioritizing in manner of deadlines rather than choosing the easy job at first. Yes if you can do both, easy job and a tough job simultaneously then it is good but ultimately you’ll end up making your job hectic for you and hence your health will be affected. Also the amount of work assigned for a day should be carefully chosen or taken. If you are unable to do that extra job in that very day, say no to it. Also switch to the next task only when the first one on the priority list is completed. There is an exception in case of unavailability of resources where you can take up the next work before completing the one having a higher priority but that work has to be taken and finished as soon as the resources are arranged. In this manner you would be focusing on one job only and hence would be giving your 100% towards it.

Any big goal means a big team work. When you have been given a big job, you first need to finalize your team. They can be your friends, colleagues, workers, etc. Now when you are not working alone, it is very important to have proper communication, also a proper distribution of job is very necessary to complete the work in an effective manner. Once you have decide and distributed the work, you have to make sure that the resources are also available to them .After this main thing is the communication between the whole team. By communicating, the progress of the work can be kept updated. In case if any team member is facing problem, you have to guide them in the best possible manner if you are leading the team or otherwise should discuss with them the problem only after completing our work.
