This time its again Delhi!! The SSB vision team was all set again to conduct an on demand workshop in the capital city of India. The Delhi workshop was conducted on 26^th March 2017. It was starting of summers in Delhi and we all know how bad they are. Aspirants had a lot of demand and we had a tough time to finalize the venue but somehow the coordinators for the workshop suggested that India gate would be an motivating venue for such a workshop. Finally we agreed to the reasons and decided to have our workshop at the India gate Lawns.

Thematic appreciation test (TAT) is the very first test of the Psychology round that is conducted on candidates who clear the screening process. It consists of 12 stories out of which 11 stories are hazy and 1 blank slide is presented in front of candidate. You get 30 seconds to think and 4 minute to write the story.

In SD one is expected to appraise him or her based on certain situations. You will be expected to write what you think about yourself, what your parents, teachers, friends, boss etc. think about you and what can be your strength and weakness. The time provided for this exercise is 15 minutes and let me clarify that this is the most important exercise of all the four because here you tell the assessors what you have.
